THE APPLE AND MAPLE BALSAMIC IS PRODUCED IN AN ARTISANAL WAY BY THE CATAPHARD FAMILY IN THE HEART OF THE VILLAGE OF SAINT-JOSEPH-DU-LAC, IN THE LOWER LAURENTIDES REGION.

The fruits are slowly reduced to must, in small quantities and by gentle evaporation, to obtain these singular products of optimal quality.
